Crates
We combine various
materials, such as: wood, steel, aluminum, and foam
packaging products to meet the specifications of our customers whether they
be large or small.

protection of a
variety of medical and electronic devices such as CPU’s,

Solutions, Inc., used to ship metering devices for multiple
stages of production between various manufacturers.
The meter is protected by high-density foam.
A 10’x 4’x 3’ foam lined shipping crate that was custom
designed and manufactured for N.E.M.F. to transport two
large informational LED signs. The photograph demonstrates
how designed
the crate to easily accommodate the loading
of very sizeable and heavy, yet fragile, products.
These crates were built for easy portability with a hand-truck or
can be easily carried by hand with the incorporated flange. The
lid and panels are easily replaceable.
Two 72”x
30”x 22” bins for small parts that were custom made
for Contine Corporation to fit on their modern inventory storage system.
